Please note that the online submission of abstracts/papers and notification of acceptance does not equals the financial registration. Early bird fees are available until 15 May 2020. Any registration and payment received after that date will be accepted as regular registration.

Please note that those attendees who are presenting a talk or a poster should pay the registration fee before the conference, no on-site payment is available.
Student grants
Students who wish to pay the reduced registration fee can apply by sending an e-mail to the diamond@diamond-congress.hu e-mail address. Please, attach your short professional CV and a signed, scanned copy of recommendation from your professor. Please do not write grant request to any other e-mail address. It is necessary that your grant request is accepted by the Organising Committee first, so PLEASE APPLY TO THE GRANT BY E-MAIL AND WAIT FOR THE ACCEPTANCE PRIOR TO YOUR REGISTRATION. Those requestors who did not get a confirmation on grant acceptance should register at the normal rate.
Cancellation policy of registration
All the cancellations and changes must be sent to Diamond Congress Ltd. in written form. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:
- 100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 70 Euro) –
in case of cancellation received before May 15, 2020 - No refund – in case of cancellation, received after May 15, 2020
